Welcome to the San Rafael Rock Quarry Committee archives for the Environmental Report (EIR). It contains documents and links that specifically relate to the Final EIR (FEIR) and the FEIR process. The FEIR was certified by the Marin County Board of Supervisors on October 27, 2009. (Information related to the Draft EIR that predated the FEIR can be found in the Draft EIR Archives.)

| Final Environmental Impact Report | The Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) was released on January 29, 2009, replacing the Draft EIR. It was certified by the Board of Directors on October 27, 2009. It is available on CD from Marin County and can be obtained online on this County website page as well. Look for the second and third bullets under Item 1: Environmental Impact Reports titled San Rafael Rock Quarry Final EIR. |
