San Rafael Federation of Neighborhoods

Neighborhood Preservation Association
Neighbors in the Bayside Acres and Loch Lomond subdivisions have formed an association in response to the expansion of the Bayside Marin residential treatment facilities. Their concern is in regard to the formation of a large, multi-residence campus in the midst of their neighborhoods that has a negative impact on traffic, tranquility and neighborhood ambience. They also believe that such large campuses run counter to the letter and intent of the legislation that supports small rehabilitation facilities within residentially-zoned neighborhoods.
