Disaster Preparedness Committee
The Disaster Preparedness Committee was formed by the Coalition to coordinate individual and community-wide activities regarding both advanced planning and disaster response in the face of natural and man-made emergencies to which our area is vulnerable. Community organization including training, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), phone trees and community liaisons are critical to preparing for, and successfully managing through, a disaster.
