Loch Lomond Marina Oversight Committee
The Loch Lomond Marina Oversight Committee (LLMOC) was originally formed by representatives of the three homeowner associations surrounding the Marina property (Bayside Acres, Loch Lomond and San Pedro Cove) who were then joined by representatives from other Associations (Glenwood, Loch Lomond Highlands, Marin Bay Park and Peacock Gap). The objective was to develop an organized voice to counter-balance the city and the developers regarding development of the marina. As a result of broadened interest and the desire to have a tax-exempt entity for funding purposes, it was incorporated as a Committee of the Pt. San Pedro Road Coalition.
