Email & Mail Signup

The Coalition provides information and input primarily via this website. However, there are occasions in which it is appropriate to provide information via email. This may be due to the time-critical nature of the information or to its importance to our residents. If you are not currently on our email list and would like to be on it, please use this form.

  • The name and email fields below are required.
  • The Coalition would appreciate your providing your HOA or subdivision name (if applicable).
  • There are infrequent occasions when we use physical mail to reach our residents. We would appreciate your providing that information as well, if you are willing to do so.

The sign-up is a two-step process for security and privacy reasons.

  1. Fill out the form and select SUBMIT. You will see a “Thank You” message if the SUBMIT was successful. If your email address is already in our list, you will see a message to that effect and a link to use if you wish to update your information.
  2. You will then receive an email at the address you provided on the form. You must respond to that email to successfully complete the sign-up process or to update your existing information.
