We will start our morning by honoring former Mayor Gary Phillips, former San Rafael City Council member Andrew McCullough, and Paul Jensen, Community Development Director, who will retire at the end of May, for their years of public service and, in particular, their dedication to our community on Pt. San Pedro Road in east San Rafael.
