This site has no ability for a user to leave comments except via the Contact Forms.
Media
This site provides no ability for a user to upload media to the site.
Contact forms
The only input forms available to a user is via the Contact Forms (see the Contact Us dropdown menu). With the exception of the Email & Mail Signup form, the information entered into any of these forms is placed into an email and sent to the identified recipient(s) with a copy sent to the user. None of this information is retained on this website or in any other database.
Email & Mail Signup
This form is provided for those who wish to be placed on our email and/or physical mail lists. This form is an embedded form for an email service called MailChimp. The information provided by the user is retained in the MailChimp database, not on this website. As the introductory text on that form’s webpage explains, there is a security process in place that requires a two-step verification by the user before that information can be placed in the MailChimp database. Once the entries are completed, the user has the ability to view, change or delete that information at any time. Also, every email sent via MailChimp includes links to access, change and/or delete that user’s information (again, this is a two-step process for security).
Cookies
This website has no cookies nor does it place any cookies on the user’s computer/laptop, smartpad or smartphone.

The analytics collected are accessible by the Board members of the Point San Pedro Road Coalition and no others. There is no data collected or retained specific to any given user of this website.

Since no user has an account on this website (it is open to the public), no information specific to a user is collected or retained. User data provided via the Email & Mail Signup form and retained in the MailChimp database is available to the user via a two-step security process and can be changed or deleted by the user at any time.
