The Disaster Preparedness Committee of the Point San Pedro Road Coalition has planned several training courses over the next few months. The first is a very valuable course that covers basic first aid and CPR presented by the Marin Medical Reserve Corp. Mickey Globus, a member of the Marin Medical Reserve Corp and the Disaster Preparedness Committee, is coordinating registration for the event that will be held in the Bay View Room of St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church on Saturday, June 11th, from 9 AM to 1 PM. While there will be much ventilation, please plan on wearing a mask.
Since there are only 21 spots available, please RSVP by emailing Mickey at msgolbus@aol.com as soon as possible if you would like to participate. Even if you have taken a CPR course before, this is a chance to refresh your skills.
I would also appreciate your forwarding this on to your neighbors and those in your HOA. If we have more than 21 wishing to sign up, we will schedule additional sessions.
