Sidewalk CPR will take place on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, across 13 outdoor locations.
This event is free and open to all ages. This county-wide event empowers residents to step in and save lives in an emergency.
One of the locations is Montecito Plaza, so it is very convenient for our neighborhoods!
In just a few minutes, participants can receive training in:
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use
Stop the Bleed – how to control severe bleeding in emergencies
Narcan administration – how to reverse an opioid overdose quickly and safely.
Medical emergencies can happen at any time. Marin EMS (and all of us at Point San Pedro Road Coalition) encourage everyone to take a few minutes on Saturday, August 15, to learn or refresh their lifesaving skills!
