Bayside Park Accessibility Improvement Project Update Thursday Sept. 17th at 2pm

The Marin County Parks and Open Space Commission Public Meeting (virtual) on September 17th at 2pm will include an informational overview presentation on the Bayside Park Accessibility Improvement Project. The public is encouraged to attend the session online or watch on local TV (details below). The Bayside Park Accessibility Improvement Project is the 5th item on the meeting agenda. The Parks & Open Space Commission advises the County Board of Supervisors regarding parks and open space policy and conducts public hearings on parks and open space matters considered for recommendation to the Board. In compliance with local and state shelter-in-place orders, and as allowed by Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, until further notice this commission will be conducting virtual public meetings. Commissioners and county staff will participate in the meeting electronically. Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely by joining the meeting via Zoom or telephone.

How to Make a Public Comment:

  • Email comments to ParksComments@marincounty.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16. Include the agenda item number, your name, and address. Email comments will be forwarded to the commission and will be placed into the public record. Attachments to emails are permitted. Please note that emailed comments will not be read aloud during the public meeting.
  • Join the Zoom meeting by device or telephone. On a device click the Zoom “raise hand” icon. On a phone press *9 to “raise hand”. The moderator will tell you when it is your turn to speak. All comments become part of the public record.
