At the previous DRB meeting, the proposed exterior lighting plan and the residential landscaping and irrigation plan presented by the developers was reviewed. As a result, several suggestions for changes were proposed by the DRB members as well as by citizens (including the Coalition) during the public portion of the meeting. The developers were asked to consider this input and re-submit these plans addressing the issues raised. That new hearing by the DRB is now scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at 7pm at S.R. City Hall. The proposed revised plans should be available at the S.R. Community Development offices for review (3rd floor, City Hall).
