Following is the final draft of the order from BCDC to the Loch Lomond Marina developer (Marina Village Associates, Inc.) that was presented by BCDC staff to their Enforcement Committee on October 20, 2016. The staff recommended that this order be approved for presentation to the full BDCD Commission for approval. One amendment was presented and approved which extends item II.N to cover not only the connector between the boardwalk and the breakwater, but also the central spit (BCDC calls this the east spit) that contains the playground equipment.
