This is an addendum to the Loch Lomond Marina Update on April 7, 2020. In that update there was discussion of a letter from MVA to CDD dated March 9, 2020 and a pair of proposals to be presented to the San Rafael City Council at their April 20, 2020 meeting. Those proposals deal with a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (SIA) amendment and a Below Market Rate (BMR) Amendment for The Village at Loch Lomond Marina.
In that update it was stated that the Coalition’s Marina Committee would be issuing a letter to the San Rafael City Council to be included in that packet with those proposals an intended as input to their deliberations. We promised to publish that letter for the public. The letter is below and should be self-explanatory.
