Demolition permits have been issued for the destruction of the building on the Loch Lomond Marina property that had housed the dry cleaners and yacht sales. It is the building immediately adjacent to Andy’s Market. Demolition is expected to begin within the next two weeks.
The developer is still hoping to complete any roadway work (utility undergrounding) that will impact Pt. San Pedro Road prior to the paving of that roadway reaching the intersection of Loch Lomond Drive (the roadway entrance to the Marina).
