Amendment #3 was approved in Nov 2021. This amended Operating Permit includes minor changes from Amendment 1, including noting the extension to 2044, referring to the finalized environmental impact report (FEIR), adding a requirement to update its Greenhouse Gas Reduction plan, clarifying protocols for surveying special-status plants, and adding requirements for addressing cultural resources during the planning for and executing reclamation activities.
