The following letter was received by the Coalition (and we suspect by all residents who live directly on Pt. San Pedro Road) dealing with the County’s plan later this year to seal-coat the roadway. The purpose of this letter is primarily to alert those residents of this upcoming work and urge them to complete any work they planned that would extend into the roadway prior to this seal-coating work. However, it also serves as a notice to all users of Pt. San Pedro Road who could be impacted during the work. This work is intended to be accomplished after the Lane Reduction Pilot Project is completed and the decision is made on how to proceed following that pilot.
