Further Closure on Central S.R. North 101 Exit Ramp Oct 30 @9pm -Oct 31 @Noon

Good afternoon,

Last week, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) was scheduled to fully close the 101 Northbound Central San Rafael exit for the full weekend for work on the 101 NB Central San Rafael Off-Ramp Bridge Replacement project. Due to weather conditions, they had to shorten the closure. Subsequently, to complete the remaining work, Caltrans will be fully closing the offramp from Saturday, October 30 at 9 pm to Sunday, October 31 at 12 pmPlease note: these dates and times are subject to change and is dependent on weather conditions.

Please be mindful of the detours that will be in place; please familiarize yourself  with the roadway detours which can be found on the Caltrans project website. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and follow all posted directional signs. Residents and businesses may temporarily experience increased noise levels during this operation. This work is a part of several on-going construction projects along US-101, starting at the Golden Gate Bridge, progressing through Sausalito, and concluding in San Rafael until early winter of 2021.
