The S.R. Public Works Department will present several different improvement plans for the intersection of 3rd and Hetherton and the impacts to traffic these improvements may have. The goal is to make the intersection more appealing to non-vehicular modes of transportation without compromising safety and with little impact to congestion. The City is looking to receive public feedback on the designs before presenting the S.R. City Council with a recommendation.
