Last night the San Rafael City Council approved the annual assessment for fiscal year 2016/17 for $79.48 for each Equivalent Benefit Unit ( EBU) to cover the costs associated with constructing and maintaining the Point San Pedro Road median landscaping. This amount, unchanged from prior years, was negotiated with City staff by members for the Coalition’s Roadway Committee.
