Due to construction, the parking lot from Dock G to Dock J (see image below) was closed on Monday, March 9, in order to rebuild the parking lot and install new drainage and utilities. The parking lot will be reopened as soon as possible, hopefully by April 24. There is a temporary parking area established on the surcharge area near Dock H. Two temporary light standards powered by a generator will provide night lighting for security.
The boardwalk will be open for the marina tenants but the developer is asking the public to avoid the area while construction is underway.
The developer has noted that members of the community have been dismantling the construction fences protecting the wetlands and walking out onto the breakwater. You are strongly requested to keep away from this construction zone, including the breakwater until the work is complete. Please observe the construction signs and barrier fences.
