City Council confirmed the results of the ballot tabulation, with approximately 61.4% of the weighted ballots being in favor of the assessments and 38.61% being opposed.
July 5, 2011 Assessment NoticeNotice sent to all property owners within the Pt. San Pedro Road Medians Landscaping Assessment District. It details the options on payment of the Capital Improvements portion of the overall assessment (as opposed to the ongoing annual Maintenance assessment) and provides the option to pay that owner’s share of the Capital Improvements portion in a single payment or as installments with interest over time.

3rd & Hetherton
Staff Report on 3rd & Hetherton Traffic StudyIn order to investigate whether further improvements could be made to improve safety to the intersection, the City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with the transportation consultant firm, Kimley-Horn and Associates, to prepare a study for Third Street and Hetherton Street intersection.
