DOUBLE YOUR GIFT…
WITH MATCHING FUNDS FROM THE
PT. SAN PEDRO ROAD COALITION

In an effort to increase our community’s readiness to respond in the event of a disaster, the Pt. San Pedro Road Coalition pledges to match up to $3,500 in contributions to expand our current caches of emergency supplies.  Donations must be received no later than March 20, 2020 to be eligible to be matched.  We plan to apply for a grant from the County of Marin to help us in this effort once we complete our fundraising drive. We believe we will have a better chance of obtaining grant funds if we are able to show our community’s willingness to share in these costs. 

Our Disaster Preparedness Committee has created a wish list of supplies to purchase for our community including search and rescue kits, masks, cots, medical supplies, and storage containers.  The supplies, to be stored along the Pt. San Pedro corridor, will be available for use at an evacuation or triage center. This capability will be especially important in the event that Pt. San Pedro Road becomes cut off and is impassible for any reason.
