The regular monthly review of the developments at The Village at Loch Lomond Marina that was scheduled for Monday March 16, 2020 was cancelled. The directive from the City of San Rafael regarding the coronavirus pandemic has shut down all meetings and gatherings at City Hall and other public areas. Our current intent is to conduct the next planned meeting on April 20th, conditional on the situation at that time.
Meanwhile, we are in contact with the S.R. Community Development Department (CDD)Â and S.R. Dept. of Public Works (DPW). If there are any updates or changes to the situation at the Loch Lomond Marina development, we will communicate that information. There has been some indication that the property owner is in negotiations to sell part or all of this property, but there is no definitive information at this time.
